As the CEO of HF Holidays it was my job to work with the board of directors to set and articulate the long term strategy of this unique organisation.
As one of the few cooperatives societies still operating in the travel industry, HF Holidays, has definitely been one of the most influential. Indeed the founding father, Mr T A Leonard is described as being one of the most significant figures in the creation of the industry we know today - alongside Mr Cook and Mr Butlins
HF Holidays today offer a massive choice of walking and activity holidays based from its exclusive country house hotels throughout the UK and tailor-made destinations around the world.
A great asset of HF Holidays is its huge panel of volunteer leaders, each brining specialist skills to the benefit of guests and members - Typically as walking leaders, but it could be learning to play bridge, the eukele or introduction to painting and mindfulness holidays
